Welcome to Arcoast. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Arcoast provides aerial drone photography, videography, mapping, and inspection services. All deliverables and project scopes are defined per individual agreement. Availability is subject to scheduling and regulatory compliance (e.g., FAA airspace clearance).

2. Quotes & Payment

Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if time, travel, or airspace coordination has already been arranged. Weather or airspace delays may require rescheduling at no penalty to either party.

4. Website Use

This website is for informational purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute its contents without permission. Unauthorized access or misuse of any part of the site is prohibited.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide accurate visuals and data, Arcoast is not liable for decisions made solely on drone imagery without appropriate professional interpretation. Clients are responsible for ensuring images and data meet their intended use.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, maps, and models produced by Arcoast remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted usage rights for marketing, planning, or internal documentation as specified in the project scope.

7. Regulatory Compliance

Arcoast operates under FAA Part 107 certification and follows all applicable airspace laws and drone regulations. Clients are responsible for securing any site-specific permissions (e.g., HOA or private property access) unless previously arranged.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Maricopa County.
